In the Echter Nordhäuser distillery with its long history, we’ve been using traditional methods to distil juniper, involving a copper still under vacuum conditions, for over 50 years. The carefully-chosen composition of aromatic juniper berries, hibiscus flower, lavender, raspberries and mallow gives this gin its unique floral and fruity note.
